Meet Najee, Your Emotional Awareness Specialist
My name is Najee, and I am an Emotional Awareness Specialist dedicated to helping people develop a healthier relationship with themselves by learning how to understand, process, and regulate their emotions.
I believe that many of the struggles people experience in life aren’t caused by their emotions themselves, but by a lack of emotional awareness. Most of us were never taught how emotions work. We were taught to suppress them, ignore them, or allow them to control our behavior. As a result, many people spend their lives reacting unconsciously from how they feel instead of responding consciously to how they feel.
My mission is to change that.

I help people develop emotional awareness so they can recognize what they’re feeling, understand why they’re feeling it, and make intentional decisions instead of emotional reactions. Emotional regulation isn’t about suppressing emotions or pretending they don’t exist. It’s about understanding what your emotions are communicating and learning how to respond consciously rather than react unconsciously.
I believe emotions are messengers, not enemies. Every emotion is communicating something about our thoughts, beliefs, experiences, needs, or perceptions. When we don’t understand what we’re feeling or why we’re feeling it, we often make decisions that create unnecessary conflict, damaged relationships, anxiety, guilt, shame, and unhealthy patterns that continue to repeat themselves.
My approach focuses on helping people build self-awareness, emotional regulation, and personal responsibility while understanding the connection between their thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and past experiences. Rather than offering quick fixes, I teach practical skills that empower people to understand themselves so they can become their own greatest resource.
I work with individuals navigating childhood trauma, anxiety, depression, insecurity, relationship challenges, emotional triggers, low self-worth, people-pleasing, difficulty expressing themselves, and the feeling of not being enough. Together, we uncover the emotional patterns driving unconscious reactions and replace them with conscious responses rooted in awareness, understanding, and intention.
My work is built on three core principles:
• Awareness: Understanding what you’re feeling and why you’re feeling it.
• Regulation: Learning how to experience emotions without allowing them to control your behavior.
• Conscious Response: Choosing actions intentionally instead of reacting unconsciously.
I don’t believe my purpose is to tell people how to think or how to live their lives. My purpose is to equip people with the knowledge, emotional awareness, and practical tools to better understand themselves so they can make decisions that align with who they truly want to be.
When people learn to understand themselves, they begin to communicate more effectively, build healthier relationships, strengthen their confidence, navigate conflict with greater clarity, and experience a deeper sense of peace because they become better equipped to handle life’s challenges.
Healing begins with awareness. Lasting change begins with understanding. When you understand yourself, you gain the ability to transform your life by learning how to work with your emotions instead of being controlled by them.
If you’re ready to stop reacting unconsciously from how you feel and start responding consciously to how you feel, I’d be honored to help guide you on that journey.
